Who is responsible for your data

This website, trainermira.eu, is run by Mira Auvinen, a self-employed personal trainer, online coach and massage therapist. I am the data controller for the personal information you share through this site. You can reach me at mira.auvinen@gmail.com.

What information I collect

When you fill in a contact or client form, I collect the details you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message. If you book a session, the booking system collects your name, email address and the time you choose. I don’t collect any other personal information through this site, and I don’t use your data for advertising.

Why I use it

I use your information only to answer your message, arrange and deliver training, coaching or massage sessions, and handle bookings and payments. The legal basis is your consent when you contact me and the performance of a contract when you buy a service. I never sell your data or send you marketing without asking first.

Health information

If you tell me about injuries, health conditions or similar details so that I can plan safe training or treatment, I use that information only for that purpose, with your explicit consent, and keep it confidential.

Who else handles your data

Bookings are handled through Cal.com, and coaching clients follow their programmes in the Plyox app. The website runs on a private server. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service. I don’t share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them, and client information for as long as we work together, plus any period required by accounting or tax law. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how it is used, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email me. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
